Client/Customer refers to any individual, company or business hiring One More Bite Catering’s services.
All online bookings require full payment via the website.
All bookings made through email, messenger, DM, text or over the phone must be paid in full through direct transfer to confirm a booking & lock in a date.
Booking will be finalised & confirmed when full payment has been received by One More Bite.
Final payment if applicable must be paid & received prior to the day of the catering event, if payment is not received One More Bite reserves the right to cancel catering boxes in question.
Until One More Bite has received proof of payment or money into their bank account, the catering job is not finalised.
By paying a full payment the client understands & agrees to the Terms & Conditions of One More Bite Catering.
Until full payment has been received, One More Bite reserves the right to liaise with other clients for the same date and time.
Change of mind or cancellation will result in loss of money, unless a discussion and agreement can be come to between both parties.
Delivery fees will change depending on the suburb you live in in suburban Adelaide in South Australia. The further from Stepney, SA the higher the delivery fee will be. If outside the current delivery locations, there will need to be discussions of availability and additional costs in travel will occur if the job is taken up. One More Bite shall in no way be held responsible or accountable for any damage, injury, death or loss of income caused to the client/customer any third parties or properties due to the hire of equipment/services by One More Bite.
It is the responsibility of the client/customer to check alcohol laws of any venue or public space being used.
No money is made off the sale of alcoholic beverages on our site, so we do not need to have a liquor licence as it is under the SA gift baskets and flowers clause. Please read our privacy clause for more info or read the SA laws if required for reference.
Allergen Advice: Please note all of our products are made in a domestic kitchen which is an environment that may contain traces of gluten, dairy, soy, nuts, eggs or sesame. Because of this, we cannot guarantee they are not free from traces of the above allergens. We do everything we can to limit the contamination where possible
How to Eat Me & Storage: All products are handmade within the closest time frame for delivery or collection. For best quality and eating experience, store in an airtight container for up to 3 days at room temperature after receiving for any non-perishable goods and for perishable goods, as long as they have not been out the fridge for more than 4 hours can be placed in a air-tight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
